Ingredients:
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- Lemon wedges to serve
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, smoked paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well.
2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix it well ensuring that the chicken is well coated.
3. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 220C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
5. Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared tray and cook for 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush a little oil over the chicken. Turn the oven to the grill setting and grill for another 5 minutes to give it a good char.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
