Ingredients::- for 4-5 people
- 2 potatoes
- 3 Tomatoes
- 4 Onion
- 50 grams of Green Peas
- handful of Beans
- Cauliflower
- 1-2 Carrot
- 4-6 Garlic
- 2 Capsicum
- 1 inch Ginger
- Coriander leaves
- 200 grams Cottage cheese/paneer(optional)
- Bay leaves
- Cumin seeds
- Cinnamon sticks
- Cardamom
- Black pepper
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- Chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Cashews/peanuts
- Kasuri methi
- Refined oil
- Fresh cream or milk
PREPARATION:-
*Cut all the vegetable potatoes, carrot, beans, capsicum, cauliflower
* Roughly chop the onion ginger, garlic, and tomatoes
*First stir fry all the chopped vegetables in a pan. ( Carrot, potatoes, beans, capsicum, onion shells) in a refined oil
*First pour 3 tablespoons of refined oil, then add cumin seeds, cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper, red chili. And let them fry..
* Add chopped onion, and tomatoes to the pan and let it cook for 5 min..
* Then add cashews or peanut and ginger, garlic
*Now transfer all the onion and tomatoes cooked into the grinder and make a paste
COOKING
*In a cooking pot add 3-4 tablespoons refined oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee
*Add cumin seeds, then add all the prepared onion tomato paste and cook for 5-10 minutes.
*Now add 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of garam masala,1 tablespoon of sugar or honey.
* Add all the fried vegetables and mix them well
* Add panner in it (optional)
*Add little water
*Cook for 5-10 minutes.
*Add cream, in case you add milk then Please again stir the gravy and cook for 2 minutes.
* Add 2 tablespoons of Kasuri methi.
*Add 1 tablespoon garam masala.
* Cook for 5 minutes.
And then stop the flames and add chopped coriander leaves..
:- serve it with fresh chapati/ naan/paratha
