How to make chicken lollipops:A Step-by-Step Guide

 INGREDIENTS


  1. Chicken drumsticks -5-6 Or chicken wings -10
  2. All-purpose flour (maida)
  3. Egg-1
  4. Red chili powder
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Green chili
  8. Chilli sauce
  9. Tomato ketchup
  10. White vinegar
  11. Soy sauce
  12. Salt
  13. Refined sunflower oil
  14. Red food color.

MARINATION STEPS

* Take a bowl 🥣
* Add around 200 grams of all-purpose flour.
*Add 1 tablespoon of salt,3 tablespoons of red chili powder, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, and a pinch of food color.
*Now add 1 whole egg 🥚
* Add water around 100 ml, and mix it well
* Finally add all the chicken drumsticks or chicken wings without the skin.
*Let it rest for 10-20 minutes.


FOR FRYING CHICKEN

- In a medium-high flame
-deep fry all the chicken pieces
- fry them until they are  cooked well and crispy
(Cooking time depends on pieces of chicken because it can take from 4-5 minutes in chicken pieces and 8-10 minutes in chicken drumsticks leg pieces)


FOR FINAL COOKING

 * IN A COOKING PAN 🥘
* Add refined oil 5-6 tablespoons;
*Add the Garlic finely chopped -10-12 garlic pieces;
*Add 1/2 inch of ginger.
*Add a small finely chopped onion (optional)
*Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
*Add 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup 
*Add 2-3  Schwann sauce.
*Add 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar.
*Add chili sauce base to your diet
*now add the fried chicken pieces and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes.
*Make sure the chicken pieces get a good coat of frying sauce.


**** Now the dish is ready you can use aluminum foil to cover the small bone part of the chicken wing or chicken legs piece so that it becomes easy to eat and hold it.***

Nawabi kulcha... INGREDIENTS:- Maida:200 gm Oil Potatoes Onion Sesame seeds(til) Chilli BUTTER/ghee Salt Chaat masala Amchur masala Curd Yeast/soda Sugar .. PREPARATION:- *Mix the maida(all-purpose flour) with 2 tablespoons of curd.. oil, soda, or yeast. Sugar 1 tablespoon and salt... And * knead the dough with warm water .. and let it rest.. FILLING *Mash the boiled potatoes and add the salt , chaat masala, dried mango powder( amchur), and red chili powder. Salt. FOR MAKING DOUGH BALL *Take a small amount of dough and add the prepared filling inside it..  *Then use the flatbread roller...  *Then use it for making the nawabi kulcha like flatbread in a circular shape.  *After it put some sesame seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and onion seeds, and then use the roller again  FINAL COOKING🍳:- First, add little oil or butter or ghee to the pan and heat it up..  Then put the kulcha on it.  Cook well from both sides...  After it's ready. Serve it with tomato chutney or Schwann sause ..
