- 1 can of black beans
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Buns, lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mash black beans and brown rice together until well combined.
