Nawabi kulcha... INGREDIENTS:- Maida:200 gm Oil Potatoes Onion Sesame seeds(til) Chilli BUTTER/ghee Salt Chaat masala Amchur masala Curd Yeast/soda Sugar .. PREPARATION:- *Mix the maida(all-purpose flour) with 2 tablespoons of curd.. oil, soda, or yeast. Sugar 1 tablespoon and salt... And * knead the dough with warm water .. and let it rest.. FILLING *Mash the boiled potatoes and add the salt , chaat masala, dried mango powder( amchur), and red chili powder. Salt.
