- Paneer 300 gram (for vegan use tofu)
- All-purpose flour (maida)
- Corn starch
- Salt
- Soya sauce
- Ketchup
- Chilly sauce
- White vinegar
- Black pepper powder
- Ajinomoto salt
- Ginger -1inch
- Garlic -8-10 shells
- Green chili
- Onion 2
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Bell pepper 1
- Spring onion
- Cabbage -200 gram
- Red chili Powder
- Schwann sauce
- Refined oil
Preparation for making paneer coating
In a bowl 🥣 add the paneer pieces(cube-shaped) into it.
Now add salt
*Add chili powder
*Black pepper powder
*Garlic finely chopped
*Add flour around 1/2 cup
*Add corn starch
*(you can even add food color for better texture)
*Now deep fry all the marinated paneer pieces in refined oil until they are cooked well.
PREPARING THE VEGETABLE
-Chop -dice all the vegetable
- chop the onion in dice form or cube form
-finely chop the ginger and garlic
-chop the chili in straight form
Final cooking
#in a frying pan 🥘 (in high flame)
*add refined oil 4-5 tablespoons
*Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili
* Add all the chopped carrots, onions, cabbage, capsicum, and bell peppers and fry it up for 2 minutes
*Add 1 tablespoon vinegar
*Add soya sauce 2 tablespoons
*Add 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup
*Add 5-6 tablespoons of chili sauce
*Add salt
*Add 3-4 tablespoons of Schwann sause
* Now add the deep. Fried paneer pieces into it and mix it well.
*Add a little bit of water(50 ml) and
cook for 5 minutes
*It's optional to add Ajinomoto (Chinese salt)
* Now garnish it with spring onion.
