To make Paneer Pasanda, follow these steps:


Ingredients:

- 400g Paneer
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

For the filling:

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 cup Paneer, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:


1. To make the filling, heat the oil in a pan and add onion and salt. Cook until the onion is translucent.
2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder and cook for a minute.
3. Add crumbled paneer, raisins, cashew nuts, and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Cut paneer into square or rectangular pieces and make a pocket in each piece.
5. Fill each pocket with the prepared filling and keep aside.
6. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
7. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
8. Add milk and cream. Stir continuously until the gravy thickens.
9. Add sugar and garam masala. Mix well.
10. Add stuffed paneer pieces to the gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.
11. Serve hot with roti, naan or paratha.
